Whether you’re completely new to clay or coming back after a long break, this 6-week course is the perfect place to start. We’ll explore the foundational techniques of handbuilding—pinching, coiling, and slab construction—while also diving into surface decoration, the stages of clay, and glazing basics.
You’ll create a variety of projects and learn how to shape, build, and finish pieces from start to finish in a fun, supportive studio environment.

Class 2 – May 27
Class 3 – June 3
Skip week – June 10
Class 4 – June 17
Class 5 – June 24
Class 6 – July 1 (Final class + glazing)
